  • Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
  • Refund: Full refund upon receiving returned item.
Exchanges
Swap within 7 days
  • Timeframe: Exchanges accepted within seven days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
  • Exchange Options: Exchange for different size, color, or product.
Process
  1. Initiate Return/Exchange: Contact customer support via info@zewelworks.com or call +91 99306 00055.
  2. Return Shipping: Customer responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Refund/Exchange: Processed upon receiving returned item.
Exceptions
  • Damaged Items: Report damage within 24 hours / 01 day of delivery.
  • Customized Items: Non-returnable unless defective.
Please place the item in original packaging if available, include all tags and accessories, and add the order invoice or a copy of your email confirmation.
Refunds are processed after quality check. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
